I've been blogging about poker and internet spaceships for awhile. This is because these two hobbies have found a confluence in my life.
But I want to step down another path and create a space to write strictly about my thoughts on poker. I want to transcribe my ideas and experiences about poker and how my progress (or lack thereof) is going.
So this is it. Picking Options is the basic underlying mechanic in poker, as in life. It is what we do. It is how we progress, change, grow. We have to recognize the options we have to choose from and then pick the one we decide upon. Bet, Fold, Call. Go to work, stay home, get married, hang a left at the next light.
Poker has so many life lessons and analogous situations that it never ceases to be interesting and meaningful. I hope to use this space to help in my exploration of this great American pastime.
